Adri & Lisa designed this retreat for the whole you; Mind, Body and Spirit. Yoga 4 Your Inner Goddess is a sisterhood of women who desire to develop an inner and outer connection both to Self and other like minded Goddesses.
At Yoga 4 Your Inner Goddess retreat we lovingly prepare a safe space for you to come, relax, breathe and decompress. While on retreat you may experience: Yoga, Reiki, dance, meditation, journaling and other inspirational activities. We provide a support system for empowerment, transformation and healing + tools for personal growth, compassion and whole self wellness.
